TERMS OF SERVICE

Use SenvoAI responsibly.

These terms explain the basic rules for using this SenvoAI service, including accounts, AI output, your content, acceptable use and service availability.

Updated 13 September 2026 · SenvoAI V0.23.5
Important

If SenvoAI is provided by a school, workplace, family administrator or another organisation, additional rules from that operator may also apply.

1. Accepting these terms

By using SenvoAI, you agree to use the service in line with these terms and applicable law. If you are not allowed to agree to terms on your own in your location, use the service only with the permission required by law or by the organisation providing your access.

2. Saved agreement

When SenvoAI asks you to review these terms, choosing Agree & continue records the current terms version and acceptance time on your account. Choosing Decline signs you out and does not delete your account. If the terms are materially updated, SenvoAI can ask you to review the new version again.

3. Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping sign-in details secure. Do not use another person's account without permission, attempt to obtain another user's private data, or bypass access controls.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use SenvoAI to harm people, compromise accounts or devices, spread malware, evade security controls, impersonate people deceptively, interfere with the service, or carry out activity that is illegal where you use it.

5. AI output is not guaranteed to be correct

AI-generated answers can be incomplete, outdated or wrong. Check important facts, calculations, code, citations and decisions before relying on them. High-impact decisions should use appropriate qualified human or official guidance where needed.

6. Search results and sources

SenvoAI may search external websites or show links and citations. External content is controlled by its own publisher and may change, disappear or contain errors. A citation means a source was associated with a claim; it does not guarantee that every statement on that external site is correct.

7. Your content

You keep responsibility for content you submit. Only upload or paste material you have permission to use. You give SenvoAI permission to process that content as needed to provide the feature you requested, such as answering a question about a document or saving a file to your Library.

8. SenvoAI content and branding

The SenvoAI name, interface, logos and original application code remain the property of their respective owner or licensor. These terms do not give permission to misrepresent yourself as the service operator or to remove ownership notices where they apply.

9. Third-party services

Some features may depend on third-party services, websites, sign-in providers, search services, speech services or AI services. Their availability and their own terms or privacy practices are outside SenvoAI's direct control.

10. Availability and limits

SenvoAI may occasionally be unavailable, slow, under maintenance or limited by connected services. Features can change over time. The service should report meaningful failures instead of pretending an unavailable feature succeeded.

11. Suspension or loss of access

Access may be restricted when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, other accounts or legal compliance. Where appropriate, the operator may also remove accounts that repeatedly abuse the service.

12. Service changes

Features, limits and these terms may be updated as SenvoAI develops. Continued use after an updated version is presented means the new terms apply from that point, subject to any rights you have under applicable law.

13. No promise of uninterrupted or error-free service

SenvoAI is provided as an AI-assisted service and may contain bugs or interruptions. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded in your location.

14. Getting help

If something is not working, open the Help Centre or use the in-product bug-report option. Account or policy questions may also need to be handled by the person or organisation operating your SenvoAI installation.

15. Plans, quotas and feature limits

Free, Plus, Pro and operator accounts can have different limits for projects, memory, scheduled tasks, web results, reasoning depth or media access. Limits may change as the service evolves. A plan label does not guarantee that a third-party provider is available at every moment.

16. Scheduled automation

You are responsible for the instructions you save in a scheduled task. Condition watches can check repeatedly and stay quiet when nothing meaningful changes. Delivery time can be affected by maintenance, network problems or provider limits.

17. Generated images and video

Media generation may be subject to provider rules, quotas and safety restrictions. Do not use generated media to deceive people about important real-world events or identities, or to infringe rights you do not have.

18. Beta and evolving features

Some SenvoAI features may be experimental, preview or operator-configured. Their behaviour, limits and availability can change without preserving every earlier implementation detail.

19. AI accuracy, maths and code

AI output can be wrong, incomplete or inconsistent. SenvoAI may run extra checks for equations, code constraints and factual claims, but you should still verify important school, financial, legal, medical, security or real-world decisions with an appropriate trusted source or qualified person.

20. Search results and “latest” information

When you ask for current or latest information, SenvoAI may search public sources and prioritise exact names, primary sources and recent evidence. Search availability does not guarantee that every webpage is complete, current or accurate, and a result can change after SenvoAI has read it.

21. Account recovery and provider sign-in

An account created with Google or GitHub might not have an email password until one is set through the supported recovery flow. Do not attempt to bypass verification or provider security checks. You are responsible for keeping your email account and connected sign-in providers secure.

22. Data persistence and backups

Cloud hosting can replace application containers during deployments. The operator should use persistent storage and appropriate backups for data that needs to survive deployments. SenvoAI cannot guarantee recovery of data that was never written to persistent storage or backed up.

23. Privacy, permissions and device features

Features such as microphone, notifications, camera, file upload and precise location depend on browser or operating-system permission. Refusing an optional permission can limit the related feature without giving SenvoAI permission to bypass the device setting.

24. Bug reports and feedback

Bug reports may include product version, device class and a description of what happened so the operator can reproduce the problem. Do not include passwords, API keys, verification codes or other credentials in a bug report.
